Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-13
These terms are available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
Welcome to Little Days School. Please read these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy before using this website.
Article 1. Scope and definitions
- These terms apply to your use of this website, as well as the other school websites and the official platform website on the same online course platform.
- "Platform operator", "we" or "us" means 先睿國際有限公司, which operates the website system, collects course payments on the schools' behalf and issues e-invoices.
- "School" means a teacher or organization that offers and sells courses on the platform. The school is the provider of its courses and is responsible for their content.
- "Student" or "you" means a person who purchases or watches courses at a school.
- By using the website (including signing in), you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Notices that a school publishes on a course page for an individual course (for example pre-order notes or coupon conditions) also apply, but they may not reduce the rights you have under these terms or the law.
Article 2. Accounts
- You sign in with a Google or LINE account. You should keep these accounts secure; actions taken through your account are presumed to be your own, unless you can show that they did not result from your intent or negligence.
- Each school has its own separate accounts. Signing in at School A does not sign you in at School B, and courses purchased at a school can only be watched at that school.
- Your sign-in at each school expires 30 days after your last sign-in there, after which you need to sign in again.
- Anyone under 18 years of age should use this website only after their legal representative has read and agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Article 3. Purchases and payment
- Course and bundle prices and content are as announced by the school on the course page.
- Course payments are collected by the platform operator on the schools' behalf. Payment is processed through NewebPay, and the available payment methods are those offered on NewebPay's payment page.
- Schools may offer coupon codes and course bundles. Coupon conditions are as set by the school.
- Digital content consent before payment: At checkout, you must check a box agreeing that "courses are digital content. I can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if I haven't started watching. After I start watching, refunds follow the policy shown on the course page (eligible courses are non-refundable; others are refunded for the unwatched portion)". You cannot pay without checking it. See Article 5 for refunds.
- You can purchase without signing in: Enter your email at checkout to pay. After payment, you can sign in and claim the purchase using the claim link on the payment confirmation page or in the email (valid for 7 days). Afterwards, whenever you sign in to the same school with a Google or LINE account that has the same email, your orders are merged automatically.
- Once payment succeeds, the system activates the course automatically and sends a notification email.
- If you purchase the same course again while not signed in, using a different email, the system cannot know you already own it, which may result in a duplicate purchase. In that case, you may request a refund under Article 5.
Article 4. E-invoices
- For every successfully paid order, 先睿國際有限公司 issues an e-invoice and notifies you of the invoice number by email.
- We currently issue only personal (B2C) e-invoices, with your email as the buyer information. A company tax ID (unified business number), mobile barcode carrier or donation code cannot be entered at checkout. If you need a company tax ID on the invoice, please email customer support (volurio.com@gmail.com) after payment.
- If an invoice fails to be issued because of a system problem, your course will still be activated normally, and we will issue the invoice separately.
Article 5. Refunds and the 7-day cancellation right
- Courses are digital content not provided on a tangible medium. Under Taiwan's "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation in Distance Sales", the 7-day cancellation right under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to digital content that begins to be provided after your prior consent. You give that prior consent at checkout under Article 3, item 4.
- Full refund if you have not started watching: Within 7 days after purchase, if you have not yet started watching any unit of that purchase, you may request a full refund, whichever tier below the course belongs to.
- After you start watching, courses fall into two tiers:
- Non-refundable after watching: A course that meets all three of the following conditions is not refundable once you start watching any unit: (1) its price is NT$10,000 or less (exactly NT$10,000 qualifies); (2) the total length of its published units is 15 hours or less (exactly 15 hours qualifies); and (3) it has at least 1 published free preview unit, so you can try it before purchase. Once more than 7 days have passed since purchase, a course in this tier is not refundable even if you have not started watching.
- Refund for the unwatched portion: For a course that fails at least one of these conditions, you may still request a refund after you start watching. The refund is "amount paid × (1 − units watched ÷ total published units)", rounded to the nearest whole NT dollar, with no handling fee. A watched unit is any unit you have started watching (whether or not you finished it); if the course has no published units, the full amount is refunded.
- Course bundles: The price test uses the bundle price; the length is the total length of the published units of all courses in the bundle; and the preview condition requires every course in the bundle to have at least 1 free preview unit. When a bundle is refunded for the unwatched portion, units watched and total published units count only the courses actually obtained in that purchase (courses you already owned before the purchase, which were excluded at checkout, are not counted).
- Labeling: The tier of each course or bundle is shown next to the purchase button on its course or bundle page, and the tier applies as labeled on the course page at the time of purchase; later changes by the school to the price, units or preview settings do not affect a purchase you have already completed.
- How to request: Email customer support (volurio.com@gmail.com), stating the school name, the order number and the email used for payment. We will check your viewing record and the refundable amount under the rules above, and once confirmed we will refund it using the same method as the original payment.
- Whichever tier a course belongs to, if the course content clearly does not match the course page description, or you cannot watch it because of a system problem, you may still assert your rights under the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act and other laws.
- Pre-order courses: Before the course officially launches, its content has not yet been provided, and you may email us to request a full refund. After launch, the 7 days in item 2 are counted from the launch date. If the launch date is postponed or the course ultimately cannot launch, you may also email us to request a full refund.
- When an order is refunded, the related sharer commissions are cancelled as well (see Article 9).
Article 6. License to digital content
- When you purchase a course, you receive a license to watch the course content on that school's website for personal, non-commercial use. Copyright in the course remains with the school or the original rights holder.
- "Lifetime access" on a course page means your viewing right does not expire after purchase. If a school takes a course down, students who have already purchased it can continue to watch it. If a school ceases operation or the platform terminates its service, we will notify you by email 30 days in advance and handle the matter in accordance with consumer protection laws.
- Unit attachments may be downloaded for your personal study.
- You may not:
- Record, film, download or redistribute course videos
- Share your account or viewing links with others
- Use course content for commercial purposes or distribute it publicly
- While a video plays, your email is displayed on the screen as a watermark. Videos use time-limited signed URLs, which cannot be opened again once they expire.
Article 7. Pre-order courses
- A school may open a course for pre-order before it is complete, showing the "expected launch date" and pre-order notes on the course page.
- After you pay for a pre-order, you can watch the course once it officially launches. The system sends a reminder email 3 days before launch.
- Once a pre-order course has been purchased by anyone, the school cannot change it back to a draft or withdraw it.
- For refunds of pre-order courses, and for a postponed launch or a course that ultimately cannot launch, see Article 5, item 8.
Article 8. Content posted by students (assignments, reviews)
- You keep the copyright in the assignments you upload and the reviews you write. You agree that the school and the platform operator may store and display this content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- By default, only you and the school can see your assignments. If you choose "visible to classmates", classmates in the same course will see your work and your name. The school may mark public work as featured; the featured mark appears only in the work area visible to classmates in the same course. You can change your work back to "teacher only" at any time.
- Review guidelines:
- Students who own a course may review it, one review per person per course, and may edit or delete it.
- When shown publicly, your name is masked according to the rules in section 2.4 of the Privacy Policy.
- Do not post false, abusive, promotional or off-topic content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Schools may hide inappropriate reviews. Hidden reviews are not shown publicly and do not count toward the average rating; editing a hidden review does not automatically make it visible again.
- A course's average rating is shown only after it has at least 3 public reviews.
Article 9. Sharer program
- Members can get a personal referral link. When friends visit through your link and make a purchase, you can earn two levels of commission at the rates set by the school:
- Level 1: direct referrals
- Level 2: people referred by the friends you referred
- The referral relationship is determined by the link the buyer used on their first visit, and does not change afterwards.
- Commissions become available for payout only after the lock-in period set by the school (for pre-order courses, counted from the launch date).
- To receive commissions, you must apply as a sharer and pass the school's review. If you change your bank account, your application goes through review again; commissions already earned are not affected.
- Tax will be withheld and reported on payouts in accordance with the Income Tax Act and related regulations.
- You may not use your own link to buy your own courses, or place repeated orders through nominee accounts.
- When an order is refunded, the related commissions are cancelled.
- Schools may review, suspend or terminate sharer status.
- Sharer data is jointly collected and used by the platform operator and the school whose sharer program you join, within the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
- Detailed rules are as announced by the school.
Article 10. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Crack or interfere with the website or its video protection in any way
- Sign in or make purchases using another person's identity
- Access the website in bulk using automated programs
- Use the sharer program for fraudulent transactions
If you violate these terms, the school or the platform operator may remove the related content, revoke commission eligibility, or suspend or terminate your account. We will notify you by email before suspension, except in an emergency.
Article 11. Changes, interruption and termination of service
- We will do our best to keep the website running normally, but it may be interrupted by system maintenance, failures of third-party services (such as payment, video or cloud hosting) or force majeure.
- Schools may adjust course content and add or modify units.
- If a school ceases operation or the platform terminates its service, we will notify you by email 30 days in advance and handle the matter in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Article 12. Responsibility
- Course content is provided by the school, which is responsible for its accuracy and legality. The platform operator provides the system and payment collection services.
- Where you cannot use the service because of your own device, network, or Google or LINE account, and the cause is not attributable to the platform operator, the platform operator is not liable for damages.
- This article does not exclude any liability of the platform operator or the school under the Consumer Protection Act or other laws.
Article 13. Intellectual property
The website's interface and software, as well as the trademarks and logos of 先睿國際有限公司, belong to 先睿國際有限公司 or its licensors. School names, logos and course content belong to the respective schools or original rights holders.
Article 14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance. However, this does not exclude Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act or the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure on jurisdiction over small claims.
Article 15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Revisions will be announced on the website and the version date on this page will be updated; for material changes, we will also notify you by email. For purchases completed before a revision, your viewing rights and refund conditions follow the terms in effect at the time of purchase; if the revised terms are more favorable to you, the revised terms apply.
